Cassie serves as Director of Marketing & Client Services at Dodrill Comfort & Energy Solutions and brings more than 20 years of combined experience in marketing, business development, and customer service, including more than 6 years in the home improvement industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with an emphasis in Marketing & Advertising.

Cassie oversees marketing strategy, advertising, customer experience initiatives, and growth efforts while helping ensure customers receive exceptional service from first contact through project completion. She is passionate about building meaningful customer relationships, creating innovative solutions, and helping homeowners improve comfort, efficiency, and confidence in their homes.

Outside of work, Cassie enjoys reading, spending time with family, going to the gym, and finding new creative projects and ideas.
