Within 15 minutes my AC was fixed
After calling at 8:04 a.m. and getting the answer service for Dodrill and leaving all my info, they said someone would get back to me shortly. At 1:15 when I called Dodrill to see why I had not heard from them, they told me they had no info of my earlier call. Lisa Harrison, whom I spoke with at Dodrill, took my info and said someone would be out in a few hours because they were down a few techs and had several calls ahead of me. An hour later, the tech showed up and within 15 minutes my AC was fixed and the house was starting to cool. Lesson here is to not leave message with answering service; talk to actual Dodrill. They have always fixed what was needed and usually within an hour or two. We are also members of the comfort club and felt the charge for him being here less than 30 minutes was a bit much but glad everything is working again.

Called for assistance with loose ductwork. Tech, Sawyer Osbourne, was very thorough and did a great job. Even though we are club members we thought the charge was expensive. Not sure the discount was worth continuing with the program. We are considering. Glad for prompt service. Thanks.
Follow-up to above review...today Mariah from Dodrill reached out due to our concerns and was able to reduce our bill by removing our diagnostic charge. I explained that there really was no "diagnosis" involved since we already knew what was wrong. This certainly is a great customer service effort on their part and we are most grateful.
