I've been a customer for years and years. They are very dependable. I'm enrolled in a program where I pay $15-ish per month, which means if I have a service call, they guarantee a 24-hour response and they also come twice a year to check for regular maintenance. Today, they came for the spring service. There were two service techs - one was being trained, so he handled most of the work. About 90 minutes later, I realized the heater wasn't kicking on. I called the company and requested another visit. They sent the next tech available within an hour. He discovered the trainee had simply overlooked the closing of a latch, which was preventing the heater from kicking on. Five-minute problem resolved. I wasn't upset about the, certainly, inadvertent oversight because I'm completely aware that these types of things happen. And it was immediately resolved. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with Dodrill and recommend them to anyone.
